Business Central Specialist
Experience level : 2-4 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess client's current systems and business processes to identify requirements and opportunities for improvement.
- Lead the implementation process, ensuring a smooth transition and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, provide updates, and address any issues that arise during implementation.
- Understanding and setting up Assembly, Project, and manufacturing modules and MRP
- Collate information from clients and prepare Configuration packages for implementations
- Effective communication of client requirements for PBI and Customizations
- Do UATs for clients during the implementation process
- Maintain detailed documentation of system setup, configurations, and any changes made during the implementation process.
- Post-implementation support and customer satisfaction
- Troubleshooting- Resolving functional and operational queries for clients
