Key Responsibilities:
- Analyse General Ledger for accuracy of accounting.
- Post month end standard journals
- Prepare and analyze financial statements
- Create Dashboards, Ratios and Trend Analysis
- Create schedules to Balance sheet
- Inventory Reporting and ABC Analysis
- Maintain Fixed asset Register
- Creating Revenue Budgets and Cash Budgets
- Liason with External accountants for finalisation of year end books
- Ensure compliance with Accounting Standard for Private Enterprises
- Work closely with AP team and suggest process improvements
- Good communication and leadership skills are essential
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and QuickBooks Online required.
- Knowledge and experience in Power BI will be an added advantage
